A search of the CNIPA register for identical or confusingly similar marks in your class, delivered as a written English risk report with a firm quote. No charge, no obligation.
A fuller search across related classes plus a short written legal opinion on registrability and conflict risk before you commit budget.
Ongoing monitoring of newly published applications for marks that could conflict with yours, so you can oppose in time.
If the CNIPA refuses your mark, we file a review of refusal within the 15-day window, with arguments and evidence. Typically 6–12 months.
File an opposition against a conflicting published mark, or defend an opposition filed against your application. We act on either side.
Petition to invalidate a registered mark on grounds such as bad faith, lack of distinctiveness, or conflict with earlier rights.

Record a change of ownership of a registration, with the assignment contract and recordal filing.
Record a licence so a third party's use of your mark is officially on file.
Update the recorded name or address of the registrant.
